Manfred Müller, Head of Chassis Segment, responsible for over 1,000 employees
I'm Manfred Müller and I've been working at Fritz Winter for around 45 years. The liquid iron fascinated me back then as an apprentice and it still does today. When I started my training as a molder (today: foundry mechanic) here, I was allowed to get to know the company founder Fritz Winter personally. I was very impressed by his charismatic character. He taught us to treat all colleagues equally, regardless of their position and background. That showed me early on how important social skills are. The family environment at Fritz Winter ensures that I enjoy coming to work every day. A great team has grown up around me over the many years - we have become not only work colleagues, but also friends.
