Final event Talent Pool
- On 27.05.2019, the team leader level of our first talent pool in the Fritz Winter junior executive development program has found its conclusion. 6 participants of the team leader level are thus leaving the first talent pool, which started back in 2015.
The aim of the talent pool at Fritz Winter is to prepare future managers in a standardized manner for their role as managers in our company through a development program consisting of numerous training courses and practical projects.
The participants in the talent pool are employees who identify strongly with our company, have the will to develop further, are open-minded and able to work under pressure, show a willingness to perform and are also prepared to take on responsibility. The talent pool is therefore to be understood as an award and reward and offers these committed employees a special future perspective in their further career in our company.
We would like to thank all participants for their active participation and contribution to this Fritz Winter personnel development tool and congratulate them on successfully completing the program!

One milestone follows the next. Just one year after the groundbreaking ceremony, Fritz Winter's US plant was officially opened. Now the millionth brake disc has rolled off the production line there.
Training day 2019
The 13th Apprenticeship Day at Fritz Winter took place on 31.08.2019. The event serves to present the company and its diverse training opportunities to students, their families, teachers and all other interested parties. As the largest training company in the region, our goal is to give our trainees a good start to their careers.
