Ihre Aufgaben
  • Projekt- oder Teilprojektleitung bei Umweltmaßnahmen gemäß den geltenden Richtlinien von Fritz Winter
  • Planung, Koordination und Realisierung von Umweltthemen gemäß Zielsetzungen
  • Entwicklung ganzheitlicher Ideen und Strategien zur Implementierung von neuen Verfahren im Bereich Immissionsschutz, Ressourcenschonung und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Optimierung bestehenden Anlagen bzw. Verfahrenstechnik in Bezug ihrer Umweltauswirkung
  • Information/Schulung von Betriebsangehörigen
  • Kommunikation und Berichtswesen an Behörden und Verbände
  • Mitwirkung bei Umweltrechtlichen Genehmigungsverfahren (BImSchG, WHG etc.)
  • Durchführung von Berechnungen und Erstellung von Dokumenten 
  • Dokumentation von Projekten und Aktualisierung sowie Kommunikation der jeweiligen Projektstände 
  • Koordination von internen und externen Ansprechpartnern in interdisziplinären Teams bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Führung von interdisziplinären Teams, ggf. auch in der Matrixorgansiation
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Ingenieursstudium (Umwelttechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung, im Bereich Umweltschutz (Immission, Abfall, Wasser)
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen CO2-Handel, Stoffstrom- und Energiemanagement sind vorteilhaft
  • Gute PC-, SAP- und MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf Level C1 und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ein hohes Maß an Abstraktionsvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Ausgeprägtes Umwelt-, Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
