Ihre Aufgaben
  • Optimierung bestehender Produktionsprozesse und Produkte im Bezug auf Ausschuss, Verfügbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Gießtechnische Entwicklung und Optimierung von Vorserienteilen, Prototypen und laufenden Produkten
  • Begleitung von Neuteilanläufen und Beseitigung auftretender Fehler
  • Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen für Vorgesetzte und Produktionspersonal und Übernahme der Funktion des Sicherheitsbeauftragten und Ersthelfers für die Fachabteilung
  • Einbringung und Umsetzung eigener Ideen bzgl. Anschnitt- und Speisungssystem
  • Umsetzung von kleinen geometrische Veränderungen des Produktes
  • Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Baugruppen und Systemen für komplexe Versuche
  • Interpretation von Versuchsergebnisse und Prüfung konstruktiver Umsetzungsmöglichkeit sowie Erarbeitung neuer Funktionsvorschriften
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium z.B. Gießereitechnik oder Maschinenbau mit Vertiefungsrichtung Gießereitechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung wünschenswert
  • Fließende und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstorganisation sowie Flexibilität
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Begeisterung zur Arbeit im Team
  • Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterbildung
