Ihre Aufgaben
  • Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Normen und Kundenspezifikationen und regelmäßige Überprüfung auf Aktualität
  • Sichtung der Inhalte zwecks Zuordnung der für deren Bewertungen zuständigen Mitarbeiter 
  • Veranlassung, Koordination und Kommunikation von Fritz Winter internen Bewertungen unter Zuhilfenahme der Dokumentenmanagement-Software Agorum core
  • Bereitstellung der Regelwerke im Dokumentenmanagement-System
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten gemäß den geltenden Richtlinien von Fritz Winter sowie im Ideenmanagement 
  • Bei Interesse und Erfüllung der persönlichen Voraussetzungen ist mittelfristig die Weiterentwicklung zum internen Auditor möglich
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement oder Qualitätssicherung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
  • Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise und gute Analysefähigkeit
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterbildung 
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
