Ihre Aufgaben

Unsere neu geschaffene Organisationseinheit Commercial Excellence/Inhouse Consulting fungiert als interne Managementberatung bei Fritz Winter und initiiert/steuert/begleitet (bereichsübergreifende) Projekte, Optimierungsmaßnahmen (Abläufe und Prozesse) sowie die strategische Unternehmensplanung.

  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Übernahme von Teilprojektleitung
  • Aufnahme der Ist-Prozesse und Identifikation der Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung von Soll-Prozessen
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops
  • Erstellung von Projektdokumentationen
Ihr Profil
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, IT, Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Gießereitechnik o.ä.) und mindestens 2 Jahre fachrelevante Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in einem Beratungsunternehmen oder im Inhouse Consulting mit dem Schwerpunkt Prozessoptimierung

  • Erfahrener Umgang mit Business Process Management-Tools (z.B. Visio, Signavio, AristaFlow, Celonis)

  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (besonders Power Point & Excel)

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit Unternehmergeist, Engagement und Kreativität
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einer hohen Ergebnis- und Umsetzungs-orientierung sowie einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, sich zügig in neue/komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Kommunikationssicherheit auf allen Hierarchieebenen
