Hotel specialist (m/f/d)

As a hotel specialist, you will ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our hotel guests in our Parkhotel Stadtallendorf. During your training you will be responsible for looking after and advising guests from reservation to departure. You organize events and create reservation plans. At the same time you always keep track of the accounting as well as the storage of office supplies.

Training duration: 3 years

As a cook, you will be responsible for delighting our guests with tasty food and drinks in our hotel's restaurant. During your training you will take care of the professional and creative preparation of the dishes as well as the preparation of the menu. Furthermore, the price calculation, the purchase as well as the consultation of our guests belong to your tasks.

As a restaurant specialist, you plan and organize all processes in our hotel's restaurant. During your training you will receive our guests and ensure a smooth service. You set the tables and decorate them attractively, design the menus and organize events. Accounting and coordination with other departments is also part of your job.
